The Goals of August

Every summer, in the mountains of southern Pindus, an impromptu football tournament breathes new life into the villages and people of the region. The eventful journey of the Armatoliko team through the tournament reveals the thrilling vitality of a small community that, while nearly deserted for most of the year, retains a spirit that remains alive.
